The Summit Appliance 18 Bottle 15" Wide Built-In Wine Cellar, ADA Compliant, part of their shallow depth series of under-counter refrigeration, is designed for kitchen islands, wet bars, and other small spaces. Model ASDW1522 is a single zone wine cellar with a width of 15" and a depth under 18", and can be adjusted to a height of 32" to fit under lower ADA-compliant counters. It also includes adjustable legs and a sliding kickplate cover, allowing for a maximum height of 34" to fit standard counter spaces.
The front-breathing system allows for built-in installation, while the fully finished black cabinet allows for freestanding use. With its seamless stainless steel trim and double-pane tempered glass door, this unit has a sleek and professional look. It also features a user-reversible door and a front lock for added security for your wine collection.
The ASDW1522 boasts a stainless steel construction that enhances durability and hygiene. Along the side walls, there is white LED lighting that provides a graceful display, featuring adjustable levels for the perfect showcase. Using the digital control panel, you can modify the temperature between 41º and 64ºF to accommodate different types of wine such as red, white, or sparkling.
The removable steel shelves, equipped with stainless steel front trim, provide ample space for bottle storage. With fan-forced cooling, the temperature is evenly distributed and recovers quickly. Other notable features include an open door alarm, high-temperature alarm, and Sabbath mode setting that allows for the disabling of certain electrical components during observance periods.
The ETL-S listed ASDW1522 meets NSF-7 commercial standards while also being suitable for home use. Its deluxe style, user-friendly features, and uniquely shallow depth make it a valuable addition to a variety of settings.
For a complete set, pair it with our ASDG1521 beverage center. Other options with a depth of 18 inches are available in widths of 15, 19, and 24 inches, including outdoor refrigerators and refrigerator drawers.
For optimal storage, this unit can hold up to 18 Bordeaux-style bottles inside. To ensure a proper fit, we suggest placing the bottles with the cork facing the back of the unit. While wider Burgundy bottles can be accommodated on most shelves, keep in mind that loading capacity may vary due to their varying sizes
. For thicker bottles, such as champagne and sparkling wine, shelves can be removed for space adjustment.
