Shipping

We offer Free Standard shipping on all items $1,000.00 or more. Unless otherwise requested, all shipping is standard shipping meaning it is dropped off curbside and you take it from there. White Glove service is available for an additional cost and recommended for heavy items. Price of White Glove Service is calculated on a case by case basis according to availability, weight, and location. Please ask if you want this service and we will send a quote. White glove service will usually include room of choice, unpacking and hauling of materials. Contact us for details on any specific items.

Pick up and delivery are Monday-Friday. You can schedule an appointment once tracking info is available and we will provide you with the phone number to call to schedule at your convenience. Someone must be there to sign and receive the shipment.

We do not control shipping, freight costs or  lead times nor do we make any profit from shipping expenses. Tracking info and carrier info will be provided . Processing times, packing, etc. vary for each supplier, location of delivery and size of item.

How it all works:

Once we receive your order and payment is verified, processed and confirmed, we process  your order and handle any shipping upgrade requests. Processing may take up to 48 hours. As soon as availability of your item is confirmed, the freight company will be notified. After the pick up request is in their queue, we will send you tracking info, contact info, and and ESTIMATED shipping time. It is your responsibility to make sure you are on site for delivery. Inspect ALL items immediately and do not sign until you have done so. If there is any damage or issues call us immediately or call the freight companies contact number provided to you.

White glove service will remove cartons, packaging and other debris.
