The SDHW1532 and SDHW1532LHD models both feature a single-zone 15" wide design, suitable for under counter spaces with a standard 34" height and 18" depth. The front-breathing system allows for built-in installation, while the sleek black cabinet can also be used as a freestanding unit.
The seamless stainless steel trim and reversible double-pane tempered glass door, paired with a professional steel handle, give the wine cellar a sophisticated and elevated aesthetic. Additionally, the fully articulating European hinge design ensures a smooth opening and a lock located in the kickplate provides added convenience and security.
The interior of this wine cellar is constructed with stainless steel, ensuring both durability and sanitation. The side walls feature elegant white LED lighting, with adjustable dimmable levels for customizable display.
The angled digital control panel allows you to easily adjust the temperature between 41º and 68ºF to accommodate various types of wine bottles. The jet-black steel shelves are designed for smooth sliding, complemented by stainless steel front trim for a classic aesthetic. With fan-forced cooling, the temperature is evenly distributed and quickly recovered.
Enhanced capabilities include an open-door alarm, a high-temperature alarm, and a Sabbath mode setting that deactivates certain electrical components for up to 96 hours during observances.
The SDHW1532 and SDHW1532LHD are ETL-S listed to NSF-7 commercial standards and are also suitable for residential use. Note that the interior can hold up to 18 bottles of Bordeaux-style wine, and it is recommended to place the bottles with the cork facing the back to optimize space in the shallow unit. Wider Burgundy bottles should fit on most shelves, but capacity may vary depending on the specific bottle size. Shelves can also be removed to accommodate thicker bottles, such as champagne and sparkling wine.
