Fully insulated with 2-inch CFC-free polyurethane, the unit includes a 3-inch polished stainless steel draft tower cooled by continuous cold air to minimize foam and maintain ideal serving temperature. The self-contained forced-air refrigeration system ensures consistent cooling throughout. Controls include a solid-state digital system with an LED temperature display. Maintenance is simplified with a slide-out condensing unit, recessed locking drawer handles, and four swivel casters (two with brakes).
