Craftsmanship That Sets Us Apart

At The Whiskey Workshop, every cabinet is built with unmatched attention to detail:

• Barrels are scraped and sanded inside to solid oak, then sealed to lock in any remaining char dust—eliminating odor and dust issues common with other makers.

• The exterior is sanded smooth and finished with a matte polyurethane topcoat for durability and a splinter-free finish.

• Shelves are crafted from 3/4” edge-banded solid oak plywood—the same wood used to make the barrels—for superior strength and seamless design.

• Our shelves feature a two-tone stain technique, lighter on the inside and darker on the outside, for a refined look.

• Doors are reinforced with internal wood bracing in addition to metal rings, preventing sagging or stave separation as the barrel ages.
