Grand Cru crew gave me great service when I had an issue with a product they sold. It was not their fault but they took care of it anyway. I would 100% buy from them again.
I was doing a gut renovation on my very small kitchen, but I really wanted to find some space for a wine cooler. Lisa was so helpful. She told me which brands to look for. I gave her the dimensions and she picked out the right products for me to select from.
I love it so much! My kitchen renovation turned out better than I could’ve imagined but my Grand crew wine cooler is the first thing people notice when they walk into the room!

Nice selection of products at fair prices. Responsive customer service communication during order process. The only feedback I have is to make the options for white glove delivery more prominent on the site.
